1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "You") and 25jili ("Company," "Platform," "We," "Us"), governing your use of the 25jili online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://25jili.cam and any associated mobile applications, services, and features (collectively, the "Service").

3. Account Registration and Security

You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will be closed, and all associated funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to immediately notify 25jili of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 25jili is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Account Verification

25jili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide such documentation promptly upon request. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

3.4 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Service must be accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposit Methods

25jili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4.2 Payment Method Ownership

You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods, including those belonging to family members, friends, or business associates, are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and fund forfeiture. 25jili reserves the right to verify ownership of any payment method used.

4.3 Deposit Limits

You may set voluntary deposit limits on your account through the Responsible Gaming settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a period of 72 hours. You may decrease limits at any time. 25jili may also impose deposit limits on your account at its discretion based on risk assessment, regulatory requirements, or responsible gaming concerns.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 25jili are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. 25jili is not responsible for exchange rates or conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Subject to verification and compliance with these Terms, 25jili processes withdrawal requests to GCash in under 5 minutes for most transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. 5.2 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. 5.3 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other offers provided by 25jili are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. 6.2 Bonus Abuse

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Results

All games on the 25jili platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical cards, dice, wheels, and other equipment. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated. 25jili does not and cannot influence game results.

7.2 Irregular Play

7.3 Bet Acceptance

25jili reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at any time without providing a reason. Maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game. Bets placed in excess of posted limits may be voided. In the event of software malfunction, all affected bets are void.

7.4 Disconnections

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, any bets placed will remain valid and will be settled according to their actual outcome. 7.5 Game Errors

8. Prohibited Activities

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 25jili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

9.2 Suspension by 25jili

25jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if we suspect fraudulent, illegal, or irregular activity. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and we reserve the right to forfeit any account balance, pending bets, and unredeemed bonuses.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of PHP 500 or 10% of the account balance, whichever is lower, deducted automatically until the balance reaches zero. You will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied.

9.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from gambling activities may request self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, and you will not be able to deposit, bet, or withdraw funds. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the selected period expires.

10. Limitation of Liability
